♟️ Nikon 70 200 F2 8 Vr Ii Review
It's not quite as big of an enlargement as Nikon's latest pricey 70-200mm, the AF-S Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR ($2,346.95 at Amazon), which captures images at 1:4.8 life-size, or the Canon EF
The Nikkor AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 VR, Nikon's first stabilized fast tele zoom, was a highly regarded lens on DX cameras, but did not find that many friends on FX cameras, mainly due to its reputations of producing high vignetting and lack of border sharpness. Nikon adressed these issues with an upgraded model, the Nikkor AF-S 70-200/2.8 G ED VR II.
But if I had to travel the world and only take three lenses with my Nikon D800E, it would be the Sigma 20mm f/1.4 Art, the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AF-S G and the Nikon 300mm f/2.8 AF-S VR. That’s it

9.8/10 average of 8 review(s) f4 fast af but not world fastest (but still faster than 70-200 vr II) it consistently beats my Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VR. I shoot digital, so this lens is the
The Nikon TC-20E III was specifically designed to pair well with lenses like Nikon 300mm f/2.8G. I had a very pleasant experience with the TC-20E III both in terms of sharpness and AF speed on the 300mm f/2.8G VR II. I was able to photograph birds in flight with this combo and images were sharp enough wide open and very sharp at f/8.
The Nikkor AF-S 70–200 mm f/2.8G IF-ED VR seems to be the child of those times. In principle it is designed to work on full frame but produced with the assumption that the whole digital world will use it on DX sensors. As it was shown in our test, that lens indeed performed superbly on the sensor of the Nikon D200.
Here's a similar comparison, but just showing a shot taken at F/2.8 and F/5.6, with the same focus setting. The f/2.8 shot isn't really that sharp to begin with ($2200 for this?), but f/5.6 is barely improved. Again, look at the leaves to see the focus has shifted in front. The f/5.6 shot is representative of what I would get in real-life.
The Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-400mm f/4G ED VR II is an expensive lens, but so are most telephoto lenses, and its performance lives up to its price point. It's sharp enough to shoot at f/4 throughout
